The Club’s guest rooms are a perfect mix of Victorian style architecture and luxurious modern convenience. Recently renovated, each room includes a private bathroom and double bed with its own view of Auckland’s skyline.

The gym is a recent addition to the club, equipped with the essential tools to help members improve and maintain their fitness. On-site personal trainers are employed to help members with their routine and equipment.
Arguably one of the best restaurants in town, The Members Dining Room offers a unique fine dining experience with an award winning wine selection. Indulge in a la carte breakfast, lunch or dinner in this Victorian style restaurant. Formal dress is a must.
Unwind with an afternoon tea or coffee in the award-winning Wintergarden, the most recent addition to the club. The space serves as a lounge area for members and is also host to multiple events, lectures and dinners throughout the year. The room was added in 2008, and was also designed by Fearon Hay architects.
Bankside provides a less formal dining/cocktail experience, where the dress code is more relaxed. The restaurant is a recent addition to the Club, designed by award-winning Fearon Hay architects. In summer the west facing terrace is excellent for outdoor dining, and in winter a large fireplace is often roaring.
From Monday – Friday Bankside is the perfect place to slip away for a cocktail or two.
There’s always a space to relax and retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city at the Club. In the evenings the billiard room is often a favored setting, while numerous bars are available to enjoy a beverage with friends.
The library offers a place to gather your thoughts and browse through one of Auckland’s most important rare book collections, most books gifted to the club over the past 100 years. The reading room is a similar setting, where members can catch up on news through newspapers, journals and magazines from around the world.
